Q - What shipping methods are available

• Irish Post Office Standard Airmail (no tracking number)
• Irish Post Office Registered Post (with tracking number)
• By Courier (Fastway to Ireland, Parcel Post to UK, FEDEX to Rest of World)

Q - How Can I track my Shipment ?

• Please note it is not possible to track a package sent by standard Irish Post Airmail.
• You need to select the Registered Post or Courier option to get a tracking number
• We can email your tracking number upon request, it can be traced online on the Irish Post Office tracking facilty http://track.anpost.ie/track/trackone.html and for shipments to USA at http://www.usps.com/
• We strongly recommend registered post to the following countries: Italy, Portugal, Greece

Q - Do you combine purchases for shipping ?

• Whenever possible we combine purchases to reduce shipping cost. Our shipping calculator combines purchases based on weight to calculate the shipping cost.
• We stock and ship most products ourselves but some products may be shipped by third party.

Q -  What is your Returns Policy ?

• We provide a full refund policy upon return for most items except for certain custom made items.

Q - What if my purchase arrives damaged ?

• We take great care when packing each order to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. In the rare event an item arrives damaged please contact us.

Q - When Can I expect my order to arrive ?

• You will receive a purchase confirmation email when you complete your order.
• We normally despatch products in stock within 48 hours and will confirm by email when shipped.
• Average shipping times from Ireland as advised by the Irish Post Office are:
• Zone 1 (Ireland) - 1 to 2 working days
• Zone 2 (UK) - 3 working days
• Zone 3 (Europe) - 4 to 5 working days
• Zone 4 (USA/CANADA) - 7 to 10 working days
• Zone 4 (Rest of World) 10 to 14 working days
