Making Irish Whiskey
Jameson Irish whiskey is produced from a mixture of malted and unmalted Irish barley. The barley is then dried in a closed kiln fired by clean-burning anthracite coal to preserve its clean malty flavors. Jameson whiskey is triple distilled.
